Sandy showed us around with a personal tour of the landscape.  This is a wonderful retreat with three guest house for rent. I was fortunate to find the gay feathers blooming their lovely purple blooms.

I loved being in this remote location painting the local landscape.

We were granted special access to paint at Camp Fire's El Tesoro in Granbury. This is a 223 acre camp designed to  gives kids the opportunity to  camp, get outside and explore.   It's always an adventure to get the opportunity to go there and paint.   I quickly found something to paint and enjoyed being out there with 4 other artist.
